Do I need an activation code to join?
Yes. Every account is created with a one-time activation code. Codes are issued by NOVA and its authorized code sellers.
How much can I earn from tasks?
Task credits are small and vary per completed task. A daily limit applies and resets every day. NOVA does not guarantee any income.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum payout request is ₱300.00. A 10% service charge is deducted, and you can submit one request per day for each balance.
How long do payouts take?
Requests are reviewed manually and are usually processed within 24 hours. Some requests may need KYC verification first.
Why was I asked to wait before answering a task?
Each task unlocks after a short countdown. Answering too early is flagged and repeated violations restrict the account.
Will NOVA ask for my password or PIN?
Never. NOVA staff will never ask for your password, payout PIN or one-time codes.
