Acceptable Use Policy

• One account per person. Do not create, buy, sell, rent or share accounts.
• Do not register with false, borrowed or another person’s identity or payout details.
• Do not share your password, payout PIN or one-time codes with anyone, including uplines or code sellers.

• Complete tasks yourself, by hand. Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, macros and browser extensions that answer tasks are prohibited.
• Wait for each task’s countdown to finish. Answering early is flagged, and repeated violations restrict the account.
• Do not use multiple tabs, devices or sessions to bypass daily limits.

• Do not self-refer or create accounts to earn referral credits.
• Do not promise guaranteed income, investment returns or “passive earnings” when inviting others.
• Do not spam, or misrepresent yourself as NOVA staff or an official partner.

• Do not submit fake, edited or reused top-up receipts.
• Do not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, scams or any unlawful payment.
• Do not request payouts to accounts you do not own or are not authorized to use.

• Do not probe, scan, overload or attempt to bypass security features, including bot protection and rate limits.
• Do not access other members’ accounts or data.
• Report security issues privately to [email protected] instead of exploiting them.

We review flagged activity and may act without prior notice when needed to protect members or the platform. If you believe an action was a mistake, email support with your username and details and we will review it.
